An e-commerce audit of your year, read from your own orders
A 15-section e-commerce audit of your online shop: which ads really bring customers, what a customer is worth, where profit leaks, and what Google sees when it reads your category pages. Built from your orders, not from any ad platform’s dashboard. Written for the owner, no jargon.
14-day trial on Starter or Growth, card required, cancel before day 15. The Audit is delivered during your first month as a paying client and stays yours.
of profit found
in the sample shop’s next twelve months, from six changes that cost nothing to try, each with its assumption stated.
what Meta over-claims
Meta reported €360k of sales. The orders could prove €114k finished and €253k touched. Every platform is checked the same way.
searches a month with no page
long-tail searches Google showed the sample shop for, landing on pages built for a different question.
sections, one story
from the year in numbers to a list of ten fixes, each with a number and a success measure. Interactive on screen, A4 PDF to print.
What the e-commerce audit contains
The same fifteen sections for every shop, filled with your own twelve months. The sample is Brewline, a fictional espresso shop, so its numbers are safe to show.

One Audit, one price, two ways to get it free
The Audit is a product with a price, so that nobody wonders what it is worth. Most clients never pay it.
Twelve months of your orders, ads, email and Search Console read into fifteen sections, on screen and as an A4 PDF, plus a call where we walk through it together.
Card required, cancel before day 15. The Audit is built once your shop and ad accounts are connected; nothing is charged for it until you choose a plan.
Why it is free with an annual plan
An Audit is worth most to a shop that will act on it over a year. We would rather give it away to a client who stays than sell it to one who leaves.
What you connect
Your shop (WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopamine or a custom platform), Google Ads, Meta, your email tool, and Google Search Console for the Audit only. We import the last twelve months.
What you get back
An interactive page in your Enalitica account, a PDF you can forward, ten fixes in order of value, and the questions that built it, which you can keep asking the assistant every morning.
How the Audit happens
No deadlines on your side. We connect, we show, we help, and the Audit arrives during your first month as a paying client.
Start the trial and connect your store
Pick Starter or Growth, connect the shop and the ad accounts. We import twelve months of orders and spend.
We show you how Enalitica works
A walkthrough of your own numbers and help through onboarding, so consent, click IDs and email tags are complete before anyone reads the year.
A one-to-one call on the ins and outs
What each view means for your shop, where the figures come from, and what to check first every morning.
The full Audit in your first month of paid usage
Fifteen sections on screen and as a PDF, then a call where we go through the ten fixes together. You decide every change.
Search Console is not part of any plan and is not kept. For the Audit you grant read-only access to your Search Console property through the same Google login as your ads. When the Audit is delivered the connection is closed and the search data we pulled is deleted from your account within 30 days, sooner if you ask. Your orders and ad data stay, as on every plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to keep the account after the trial to get the Audit?
Yes. The Audit is built during your first month as a paying client, because it needs a complete onboarding and twelve months of imported data. Cancel before day 15 and nothing is charged, but the Audit does not happen.
Why do you ask for a card on the trial?
Because the Audit takes us several hours per shop. A card filters requests down to shops that mean it, which is why we can afford to make it free with an annual plan.
My shop has less than twelve months of history. Can I still get it?
Yes. With less history the year-on-year comparisons and the longer customer cohorts drop out, and the Audit says so. Six months is the minimum for the month-by-month scoreboard to mean anything.
Can I get the Audit as an existing Enalitica client?
Yes, write to us from your account. It is free if you move to annual billing, €199 on a monthly plan, €499 if you want it without changing your plan.
Who writes the Audit?
Enalitica builds the figures and charts from your data; Tilen reads them, writes the findings and the fixes, and does the call. No two Audits say the same thing.
