Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You start completely free, no card. Every new account begins with a 14-day full trial of all paid features. After 14 days, if you do not pick a paid plan, your account simply continues on the Free plan.
What do I get on the Free plan?
Free captures your orders and leads server-side and shows a last-click channel summary for the most recent window. Multi-touch, per-channel detail, profit analytics (POAS, MER, LTV), AI Reports and funnel analytics unlock on a paid plan. 1 store, 1 user, up to 100 orders, unlimited leads.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade anytime and you are prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does the monthly volume limit work?
The limit counts tracked e-commerce orders: 100 Free, 500 Starter, 1,500 Growth, 6,000 Agency. Leads are always unlimited, we never charge per lead. Need unlimited orders? The Custom plan covers it.
Can I add more users?
Every plan includes a base number of users. Add more at €10/month per user, counted across all stores in your subscription.
