Which assistants work?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok, through MCP, the open standard they support for connecting to outside data.
Can the assistant change anything?
No. The connection is read only. It cannot change a campaign, an order or a setting.
Do my customers' details go to the AI company?
No. Names, emails, phone numbers and addresses never leave your Enalitica account. The assistant sees sales, channels, campaigns, products and paths.
Are the answers made up?
The numbers come from Enalitica's own calculations on your orders; the assistant reads them and explains them. It can still word things loosely, so every figure can be checked in Enalitica.
